Why does the "moderators" link deny that user=Sklivvz is a moderator?
Because I was elected as a moderator, but then hired by Stack Exchange as a developer. Developers, employees and community managers do not normally appear in that list even if they have mod powers.

It's not a bug: it requires 10 reputation gained on this site. Your reputation gained on this site is 0, you have 1 starting rep, and 100 association bonus which doesn't count for this.

Wow. That has been broken for so long! It used a very old reference (meta.skeptics.stackexchange.com) rather than the newer one (skeptics.meta.stackexchange.com).

I suspect that this has to do with the question having been migrated from health.se, there really was no activity here at skeptics on that question at the time that you viewed the question page.
